Execution Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan

The Service, within its established area of competence, performs the following functions: Organizes and directs the activities of enforcement officers of enforcement bodies. Supervises, analyzes and summarizes the work of enforcement officers of enforcement bodies and takes measures to ensure the enforcement of enforcement documents. Receives and consolidates statistical reports submitted by enforcement officers of enforcement bodies. Determines the procedure for conducting enforcement proceedings in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan. In cases предусмотренных by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan, drafts and adopts regulatory legal acts governing the activities of enforcement officers of enforcement bodies. Ensures uniform practice in the application of legislation on enforcement proceedings and monitors its implementation. Requests enforcement case materials and other documents from enforcement officers of enforcement bodies for examination, inspection and resolution of matters relating to the enforcement of enforcement documents, without disrupting the course of enforcement proceedings. Reviews complaints concerning decisions and actions (inaction) of enforcement officers of enforcement bodies in accordance with regulatory legal acts. Organizes professional training and advanced professional development of enforcement officers of enforcement bodies. On the basis of submissions made by senior enforcement officers of enforcement bodies, regional enforcement departments and the enforcement department in the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, nominates enforcement officers, in accordance with the established procedure, for recognition and state or departmental awards in acknowledgement of effective work and meritorious service. Maintains a register of debtors in electronic and paper formats. Takes disciplinary measures against employees who demonstrate irresponsibility in the performance of their duties. Exercises other powers in accordance with the regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan.
