INFORMATION ON THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE STATE UNITARY ENTERPRISE “CENTRE FOR TECHNICAL INFORMATION PROTECTION, CERTIFICATION AND EXPERTISE” UNDER THE MAIN DIRECTORATE FOR THE PROTECTION OF STATE SECRETS The State Unitary Enterprise (SUE) “Centre for Technical Information Protection, Certification and Expertise” under the Main Directorate for the Protection of State Secrets under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan provides a wide range of services in the field of technical information protection and electronic digital signatures. Special Certification Inspection, Attestation and Expertise The SUE “Centre”, pursuant to the regulatory legal framework governing information and communication facilities, provides services for the examination and certification of information protection equipment, as well as the certification of hardware and software systems. The service includes the inspection of technical equipment used for the collection, processing, storage, backup and destruction of information, as well as engineering networks, household appliances and other technical means of information processing located within buildings. In addition, during the design and construction of facilities of particular importance, as well as when using specialised equipment and advanced technologies, automated control systems, computer networks and communication systems, the SUE “Centre” carries out relevant expert examinations. Special inspections aimed at protecting information against leakage through technical channels are carried out in the following areas: detection of all types of spurious electromagnetic emissions and interference (TEMPEST); inspection of power transmission lines; detection of acoustic and vibroacoustic information leakage channels. The SUE “Centre” provides modern and effective solutions for ensuring information security and establishing protected information systems in accordance with the information security requirements and standards of the Republic of Tajikistan. Certification Authority The SUE “Centre” operates an electronic digital signature certification authority, which facilitates the organisation of electronic document management and expands users’ opportunities in various fields of activity. Other Services provision of official websites with encryption certificates (SSL certificates); issuance of public key certificates; protection of certification authority key certificates; inspection of information processing networks; retraining and professional development of employees of government bodies and organisations; procurement and provision of consumers with specialised information protection equipment and software; provision of trade representation, intermediary and commission services. The work is carried out by experienced specialists using modern equipment and software. The SUE “Centre” operates a modern laboratory equipped with testing equipment fully compliant with state standards. The cost of all services provided by the SUE “Centre” is established in accordance with the price list approved by the State Antimonopoly Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
