On August 11, 2025, a meeting was held in the hall of the executive body of state power of the city of Kulyab, chaired by the Mayor of Kulyab, Nazarzoda Bakhtiyor Khudoyor.
The meeting was attended by the First Deputy Mayor, Deputy Mayors, Chief of the Mayor’s Office, heads of departments, heads of offices and divisions of the Mayor’s Office, heads of structural units of the city’s executive authorities, heads of enterprises, organizations, and institutions, chairmen of jamoats, representatives of city medical institutions, and other active participants.
The following issues were discussed at the meeting:

Implementation of the protocol instructions from the meeting chaired by the Mayor on August 4, 2025.

Preparation for the autumn conscription of youth into the Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Analysis of entrepreneurs’ activities in markets, shopping centers, and gas stations regarding e-commerce and cashless payments.

Opening the meeting, Mayor Nazarzoda Bakhtiyor Khudoyor noted that in order to implement the instructions and directives of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Leader of the Nation, respected Emomali Rahmon, it is necessary to further intensify work to achieve development and progress.
Personnel changes were announced within the executive body of the city and the city’s electrical network: Kodirzoda Mahsuddin Ustogulom was appointed Head of the Department of Agriculture, and Ibozoda Shavkat Mahmadullo was temporarily appointed Head of the Kulyab Electric Networks.
Following this, Chief of the Mayor’s Office, Kurbonzoda Nargis, presented information on the implementation of the protocol instructions from the meeting chaired by the Mayor on August 4, 2025.
Regarding the preparation for the autumn conscription of youth, the Chairman of the Draft Commission and Deputy Mayor, Ghafforzoda Davlatjon, made a report.
An analysis of entrepreneurs’ activities in markets, shopping centers, and gas stations concerning e-commerce and cashless payments was presented by the Deputy Mayor for Economic Affairs, Asozoda Manuchehr.
Additionally, Mayor Nazarzoda Bakhtiyor Khudoyor reviewed the activities of all socio-economic sectors, heard reports from responsible officials on existing shortcomings, and issued specific instructions and recommendations for their resolution.
